The topic was inspired by the bestselling book "Mindset" by Dr. Carol S. Dweck. Kanne specifically discusses the traits of a "fixed mindset" and a "growth mindset" as well as the value of the latter in education, parenting and career development. He also underscores how the development of a growth mindset has helped many steadily navigate life as the COVID-19 pandemic continues.
